After she realizes the rookies aren’t going to stop digging, crooked cop Detective Harris (Jennifer White) arranges a clandestine meeting with crime boss Gibbs (Scott Nails) to warn him, but he’s not worried about the extra heat kidnapping a cop is going to bring down. Gibbs tells Harris to keep the police’s attention focused elsewhere while he gets that last big payout for the two of them to disappear.
